Kay Glodowski is the statewide “Outreach Support Specialist” for the Wisconsin Center for the Blind’s (WCBVI) Outreach Department, and has served in this capacity since 2000. In her role, Kay works to support vision education professionals across the state, serving as a resource for teachers, administrators, parents, and students. Kay works diligently to create and maintain open lines of communication and serves as the liaison between vision professionals and the Janesville-based WCBVI Outreach team as well as the Madison-based Department of Public Instruction.
Before working in her current position at WCBVI, Kay was an O&M instructor in CESA 6. Kay received her undergraduate degree from UW-Stevens Point. She received her Master’s Degree in Orientation and Mobility from Western Michigan University. Kay lives in Tomahawk, WI.
