How do I sign up for a Clinic?

• Referrals for the upcoming school year need to be completed by May 1. Any referrals received after May 1 will have priority for the next school year.  
• A student must be receiving services from a Teacher of the Blind and Visually Impaired (TVI).  
• If you are a parent and you are interested in a clinic for your child, please discuss it with your child’s TVI and ask the TVI to refer your child.

Reminders to register students for a clinic will be posted on the WCBVI Low Vision and Refraction Clinics main page and in the WCBVI Outreach Weekly Update email.
